Bible 360 Studies: The Book of Esther, “Queens and Eunuchs All Around”
A fresh approach to Bible studies, 360 refers to the number of degrees in a complete circle. When we look at something with a 360 degree perspective, we strive to see it from as many angles as possible. The Book of Esther is a very short, but rich story. The story is filled with uppity queens, eunuchs who give make-up tips, and political ambition at the expense of vulnerable peoples. The book asks us to use our lives to free others, to be willing to risk privilege and come out to power in order to remember our people. If you were Queen for a day, what would you do?
